SC Bern's Marco Maurer provisionally suspended

Proceedings have been initiated against the defender for a check to the head of HC Ajoie's Philip-Michaël Devos.

Already punished with a major and game misconduct penalty yesterday evening, Marco Maurer is facing further disciplinary consequences for his check to the head of Philip-Michaël Devos. Maurer will thus miss at least tomorrow's game against Lausanne HC.
