SCB's Julius Honka and Tigers' Aleksi Saarela fined for diving

Both players will have to pay a fine of CHF 2'000.-  for a violation of IIHF Rule 64 concerning diving or embellishment.

During the game between SC Bern and the SCL Tigers on September 22, two Finn players were found guilty of having tried to deceive the referees by accentuating a certain situation: Julius Honka fell on the ice awkwardly, while Aleksi Saarela waited a moment to drop his stick after it was hit by an opponent.
