Seven-game suspension for Zug's Mike Künzle

In the third part of the quarterfinal series between EV Zug and HC Davos on March 16, Mike Künzle crosschecked Adam Tambellini to the head from behind. Penalized with a five-minute major and a misconduct on the ice, he was subsequently provisionally suspended and had proceedings initiated against him. The verdict also affects the coming season - Künzle is suspended for seven games (one has already been served) and fimed CHF 9,650.-.
