Crosschecks to opponents' heads have led to disciplinary action against the two players.

Two incidents in Act 5 of the series between EHC Basel and the GCK Lions last Friday are bearing consequences. While Jules Sturny is facing proceedings for a crosscheck to the head, Romain Montandon has already received his verdict - a one-game suspension and a fine of CHF 500.-.
Basel plays their next game, Part 1 of the semifinals, on February 28, versus EHC Olten.
