The single judge has decided to further sanction the Canadian forward for his check to the head/neck area against EHC Kloten's Pontus Åberg.

For his dangerous action, Chris DiDomenico will have to skip the next two games of HC Ambrì-Piotta (SCL Tigers away and HC Ajoie at home) and pay a fine of CHF 4000.-. While the single judge recognizes that the first point of contact might have been the arm/shoulder of Pontus Åberg, he also underlines that the head is the main point of contact.
