Zug's Kovář and the Lakers' Albrecht provisionally suspended

Jan Kovář will surely not travel to Porrentruy tonight to suit up against HC Ajoie. He was sanctioned with a major and game misconduct penalty yesterday evening for cross-checking HC Lugano's Mirco Müller. While the single judge investigates the matter, Kovář is provisionally suspended for one game.

Similarly, Yannick-Lennart Albrecht will not travel to Fribourg today. The forward of the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers is provisionally suspended for one game for boarding HC Ambrì-Piotta Isacco Dotti. On the occasion, the officials had inflicted a minor penalty on the Laker.
