Bryan Rüegger and Nicolaj Henriksen will be the Danish team's goaltenders this season. "He is a player I know from my time in Switzerland. I coached him for a single season when I was in charge of HC Thurgau in the second-best Swiss league. And he is a player I like," head coach Markus Åkerblom said.

Rüegger has been under contract with HC Fribourg-Gottéron for the past two seasons but did not get to play a lot of games. Last season, he posted a .876 save percentage in five games for the Dragons and a .901 save percentage in eight games for HC Thurgau.
