With the results of the last regular season games, the final standings have been determined and with it the matchups for the round of 16. Genève-Servette HC, which finished in seventh place, will face Red Bull Munich, which ranked in tenth place.
For their part, EHC Biel ended up in 13th place and will thus face the number four seed, Färjestad BK. As for the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, which reached the 16th place, their opponent will be the leader of the regular season, namely the Adler Mannheim.
The first leg will be played on November 14 or 15, while the return game will be a week later.
