As anticipated, the former head coach of SC Bern will become part of the Aalborg Pirates.

Heinz Ehlers will take on the role of Head of Development: "I consider talent development to be the very foundation of any sporting success. The future of Danish ice hockey depends on us being skilled enough to develop the stars of tomorrow."
Ehlers has been working in Switzerland for almost two decades, with the exception of the three seasons he served as the head coach of the Danish men's national team.
