The 28-year-old defenseman has signed a one-year contract with the ICE Hockey League team.
Teves joined SC Bern at the end of the season from JYP Jyväskylä. Prior to his stint in Finland, he had only ever played in North America, suiting up in the NCAA, the ECHL, and the AHL.
He appeared in 48 games for JYP last season and in 13 games for the Bears, recording a total of three goals and nine assists.
