The 27-year-old forward has agreed to terms with HK Sochi and will stay with the KHL team until the end of the 2024-25 season.
HC Ajoie announced at the end of March that they would not extend the contract of Dmytro Timashov. Thus, the Swedish forward had to look for a new employer and has now decided to play in Sochi next season.
Timashov appeared in 35 games for the Ajoulots during the 2023-24 season. He recorded nine goals and eleven assists.
