Fredrik Olofsson and EV Zug have parted ways. The Swede's contract would originally have been valid until the end of the 2025-26 season. The forward has now already found a new employer in Rögle BK.
His new contract with the SHL team will be valid until 2028. Olofsson recorded six goals and 23 assists in 47 regular-season games for EV Zug this past season. It was his first season in Switzerland.
