The 57-year-old will not only serve as a head coach for HCV Martigny but also their team manager.
Dany Gélinas had been relieved of his duties as a head coach of EHC Visp at the end of October 2022 and has not assumed another coaching position since then.
Martigny has yet to announce their new roster. The team decided this offseason due to financial reasons to leave the Swiss League and join the MyHockey League again for the 2024-25 season.
