The last national team gathering before the Olympic Games in February will see the Swiss squad face the three usual suspects. Matchups with Sweden (December 11, 19:45 CET), Czechia (December 13, 18:00 CET), and Finland (December 14, 15:45 CET) are scheduled. They will take place at the Swiss Life Arena in Zurich and also function as a rehearsal for the World Championship in May.
Several experienced players figure on the roster selected by Patrick Fischer, led by Romain Loeffel with 157 total games in the national team jersey. Two of them - Grégory Hofmann and Christian Marti - might get to the 100-mark.
It appears that a trio of injured players - Leonardo Genoni, Christian Marti, and Denis Malgin - seems to be ready to return to action, as they are part of the roster, too.
