Two players will make their debut for the national team: Kevin Pasche (Lausanne HC) and Dario Rohrbach (SCL Tigers). They will be joined by Luca Fazzini, who head coach Patrick Fischer has called upon for the first time since the 2021-22 season.
Fischer has also expanded his coaching staff: Jan Cadieux and Luca Gianinazzi will join the Swiss national team as assistant coaches for the duration of this tournament.
The Swiss will play their first game against Finland in Langnau (February 4) and then fly to Sweden for the games against host Sweden (February 8) and Czechia (February 9).
