Christian Marti and Sandro Aeschlimann added to preliminary roster

After the first week of preparation, nobody has been cut but two players have been called up.

"The chemistry is there", Swiss men's national team head coach Patrick Fischer justifies his decision to not cut anyone yet. "Everyone has trained hard and with motivation in the last few days. That is why I want to have all the players on board for one more week."

Two players have been added for the second week, HC Davos' netminder Sandro Aeschlimann and ZSC Lions defenseman Christian Marti.

After facing Slovakia twice (0-2 and 2-3 in OT), the Swiss national team will now face France twice, coming Friday and Saturday.
