Men's Worlds

While the arrival of Kevin Fiala was confirmed yesterday (he will play his first game on Tuesday), two other Swiss NHL players will -in all likeliness - join the team soon.

As Nico Hischier and Jonas Siegenthaler tell Amanda Stein, the New Jersey Devils' beat reporter, they will join the Swiss national team for the World Championship. Nothing is official yet, though, as the paperwork is not yet done.

Timo Meier, on the other hand, will definitely not join the team. Akira Schmid, for his part, has not yet made up his mind and will talk to the Devils' training staff first before making a decision.

The Swiss will play their next game today against Norway. Puck-drop is scheduled for 15:20 CET.
