The three players will replace Dominik Egli, Théo Rochette, and Jonas Taibel, who will all not be able to play at the Euro Hockey Tour tournament in Finland. Chanton, 22, made his national team debut last season, when the defenseman recorded two goals and one assist in eight exhibition games for Switzerland.
As for Justin Sigrist, he, too, appeared in three games for the Swiss team last season. The ZSC Lions forward is joined by HC Lugano's Dario Simion. The forward put up three goals and two assists in seven games for Switzerland last season.
