Nicolas Fluri to succeed Andreas Fischer as Director Officiating

Andreas Fischer is leaving the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation. A successor for his post as Director Officiating has been named. Nicolas Fluri, longtime National League and international referee, will take over on October 1 and join the executive board.

"First of all, I would like to thank the SIHF for their trust in me", Fluri states. "I am very happy to put my experience, my passion, and my energy at the service of all referees in Switzerland"

In the time between Ficher's departure on July 31 and Fluri's start, the Officiating department will be under the oversight of the SIHF's CEO, Patrick Bloch.
