Jérôme Bachofner has found a new home. After not receiving an extension with EHC Biel, the 28-year-old will suit up for the SCL Tigers instead. In Langnau, the forward signed a deal for the coming season.

The last five years have involved quite a bit of moving around for Bachofner. In 2022, after a stint with EV Zug, he returned to his youth club, the ZSC Lions. Then, in autumn of 2023, he was loaned to EHC Biel, before fully joining them the following summer. Now, the Tigers will be his fourth team in five years.

Overall, Bachofner stands at 416 games in the National League, with 48 goals and 43 assists to his name. He has also made 179 appearances in the Swiss League, recording 47 goals and 51 assists.
