Aleksi Peltonen stays, HCL signs Harijs Cjunskis

Peltonen will thus stay until 2027. The 27-year-old forward has been with the team since the 2023-24 season. The Finn, who is in possession of a Swiss player's license, has appeared in 49 games for HC Lugano this season, recording five goals and six assists.

Harijs Cjunskis returns to HC Lugano after playing junior hockey in North America for the past two seasons. The 19-year-old defenseman, whose new deal will run through 2029, suited up for the Brooks Bandits (BCHL) this season, putting up four goals and eleven assists in 34 games.
