Eric Schneller will be a member of Genève-Servette HC for the next two seasons. For the past three years, the youngster has been part of the organization of the Swedish club Rögle BK. Until 2021 Schneller played in the junior department of the GCK/ZSC Lions. Internationally, the Swiss-Swedish citizen was selected by the various Swiss junior national teams.
GSHC's team manager Marc Gautschi believes that Schneller is already ready for the jump to the National League: "We're delighted that Eric, one of Switzerland's most talented young defenders, is joining us. He has developed very well over the past three years in Sweden. Eric is an excellent skater, with a very good sense of the game and passing skills. We're convinced he'll leap straight to the National League."
