On December 20, Linköping HC released their head coach, Klas Östman, from his duties. He had held the position since 2021. As "Hockeynews.se" writes, his future might take him back to Switzerland - he worked here from 2019 to 2021 as an assistant to EV Zug's Dan Tangnes. This time, he is said to be joining HC Davos. There, he would join the coaching staff of Josh Holden - a former coworker from his time with Zug.
Earlier this month, the "Südostschweiz" reported that Davos would likely replace their assistant coaches over the coming summer.
