Despite offer from North America - Thürkauf stays with HC Lugano

The fans of HC Lugano can rejoice as their captain and top-scorer of the past season, Calvin Thürkauf, will play for the Bianconeri also in the upcoming season. Given his strong performance during the 2023-24 season, Thürkauf raised the interest of the NHL, however, despite an offer, he decided to stay in Switzerland.
