E.H.C. Alliance Award Night - Davos' Josh Holden wins "Coach of the Year"

The winners of the 2026 Fenix Outdoor European Hockey Awards were revealed on Tuesday, June 9, in Prague. Among the winners, Josh Holden, who thanked his players: "You don't get these without support, so I want to thank my guys for their hard work and for listening to me — at least a little bit." His club, HC Davos, was also in the running for an award, but lost to Skellefteå AIK.

The other winners were Skellefteå AIK, Sweden (Hanwag Club of the Year), Mats Grauers, Chairman, Frölunda HC (EHC Leadership Award), Skautafélag Akureyrar (Kånken Youth Recruitment and Retention Award), Benjamin Rautiainen, Tappara Tampere (Fjällräven Young Player of the Year), and Jenni Hiirikoski, Luleå Hockey/MSSK, as well as Nicklas Bäckström, Brynäs (Warrior Career Excellence Award)
