EHC Biel's Yanick Stampfli stamps his name on a two-year extension

Yanick Stampfli does not have to worry about his expiring contract anymore as he found an agreement with EHC Biel on a two-year extension. In 2020, Stampfli returned to EHC Biel - where he had already spent three junior years - from EV Zug and is therefore in his fifth season with the Seeländer. 

With two goals and two assists in 19 games thus far, Stampfli is on pace for his best season points-wise. Stampfli is sixth among EHC Biel's defenders for ice-time with 15:53 minutes on the ice per game on average.
