EHCB extends contract of Grossmann, closes financial year with a profit

Grossmann's original contract would have been valid until the end of the upcoming season. The 36-year-old defenseman is about to start his third season for the Seelanders. Last season, he recorded eight assists in 50 regular-season games.

Biel also announced at today's general assembly that they generated a revenue of CHF 18,085,000 in the 2022-23 season. They were able to close the financial year with a profit of CHF 224,000.

As for their board of directors, all members were re-elected: Stéphanie Mérillat (co-president), Patrick Stalder (co-president), Ueli Schwarz (delegate of the board of directors), Thomas Weder (member) and Olivier Rihs (member).
