The 30-year-old forward is leaving the Central Swiss club after two years.

EV Zug announced the departure of Czech forward Daniel Voženílek today via an Instagram post. The 30-year-old joined EVZ in 2024 and recorded 51 points (20 goals). In October 2024, he set a new club record by scoring in eleven consecutive games.

It is unclear where Voženílek will continue his career. In February, EliteProspects linked him with a return to Czechia, precisely to HC Oceláři Třinec, where he had previously played before joining EVZ and celebrated two championship titles.
