Fredrik Olofsson, drafted in 2014 by the Chicago Blackhawks, played NCAA hockey for the University of Nebraska-Omaha and then joined MODO Hockey in 2019. He stayed three seasons in Sweden before heading back to North America.
After a season with the Dallas Stars, he was traded to the Colorado Avalanche in mid-June of 2023. Last season, he recorded three goals and six assists in 57 games for the Avs. He also put up three goals and nine assists in 20 games for the Colorado Eagles.
