The SCL Tigers have announced an extension for Samuel Erni. He will stick around an additional season. Part of them since 2017, he is the second-longest serving member of the National League team.
"Samuel is a player who fully identifies with the SCL Tigers and is a role model both on and off the ice", team manager Pascal Müller states. "His experience and skating skills are very valuable to the team."
A veteran of 617 National League battles, the 33-year-old has only appeared 23 times this season so far due to missing some weeks with an upper-body injury. He is averaging 11 minutes and 44 seconds of ice time per game.
