Filippo Lombardi to leave HCAP's board in February after 17 years

Filippo Lombardi will leave the board of directors but may stay involved with the club with a different role: the board will propose him to the Shareholders' Meeting as honorary chairman with special duties for the HCAP Group (representation, participation in the boards of directors of subsidiaries, search for new shareholders and partners, management and reduction of the Group's debt, search for financing for new projects).

On February 8, the shareholders will also elect at least one new member of the board, as it currently counts four members instead of at least five. Additionally, at the meeting, the shareholders will also be called upon to approve a new capital increase to be implemented within five years.
