Fribourg to lose two young talents to Genève

HC Fribourg-Gottéron is losing two of its young talents to league rival Genève-Servette HC. As reported by the newspaper "La Liberté", the two U21 players, Arthur Dandois and Raphael Achermann, are moving to Geneva to sign their first professional contracts there.

The Dragons' team manager, Gerd Zenhäusern, confirmed the two departures to the newspaper, attributing them to the fierce competition within the defending champion, where they were not yet ready to offer the two juniors professional contracts.

Achermann started last season in the Canadian QMJHL with the Océanic de Rimouski and returned to Fribourg during the season. Arthur Dandois, meanwhile, has already made his first three appearances in the National League.
