The defender, who is currently on loan from the Carolina Hurricanes, will be a fixed member of the Ajoulots for the next two seasons.

Arrived in October on loan from the Carolina Hurricanes but after a whole season with JYP Jyvaskyla, in two months Anttoni Honka managed to convince HC Ajoie to offer him a two-year extension.
In 18 games thus far, Honka scored two goals and put up seven assists while averaging 20:12 minutes on the ice per game, the fourth-highest TOI in the team.
