The 33-year-old bid farewell to the team on his Instagram this past weekend. Davos now confirms his departure.
In his post, he thanked everyone who supported him over the past three seasons and added that the strongest memory he will take with him is winning the Spengler Cup with HC Davos.
Where Dennis Rasmussen's future lies has yet to be announced. Expressen reported in February that the Växjö Lakers and the forward had agreed to terms. As the Lakers are, however, still busy in the playoffs, it will still take some time until the report gets confirmed or denied.
