The 32-year-old forward has signed a one-year contract with HCD and will thus stay until the end of the 2023-24 season.
"Dennis fulfilled all our expectations. His defensive game is very strong and reliable, but he still scores regularly and is an important part of our special teams," team manager Jan Alston states.
Dennis Rasmussen is currently in his second season with HC Davos. In 40 regular-season games, he recorded 15 goals and ten assists.
