HC Fribourg-Gottéron and Julien Sprunger close to an extension?

According to "La Liberté", it seems like it will only be a matter of days until HC Fribourg-Gottéron will announce Julien Sprunger's contract extension. The two parties have only started negotiating recently but Sprunger told the newspaper on Friday that he was "rather confident" that things will turn out in his favor. 

As for the other veteran forward in the team, Andrei Bykov, discussions have not yet started: "They started late last season, and there's no indication that things will be any different this time. I'll wait as long as it takes. But the sooner I get a signal, the better for me."
