HC Fribourg-Gottéron signs Samuel Walser to a five-year extension

Currently in his fourth season with HC Fribourg-Gottéron, Samuel Walser did not want to leave the city despite the interest from other clubs: "I feel very comfortable in Fribourg on and off the ice. The club, the fans, the new rink, as well as the mission to reach for the Swiss championship title in the medium term, have motivated me to extend my contract with Fribourg-Gottéron" explains Walser.

With the jersey of the Dragons, Walser recorded 68 points in 170 games, of which ten were collected this season so far while averaging more than 14 minutes on the ice each game. As for faceoffs, Walser has a 43% win percentage.
