HC Lugano generated operating revenues of CHF 21,845,130 and operating costs of CHF 21,971,361 in the 2024-25 season. With all additional costs and taxes, the Bianconeri had to present a loss of CHF 333,653 to their shareholders.

Thanks to a approved reduction in share capital of CHF 751,600, the Bianconeri were able to partially cover that deficit.

All members of the board of directors who stood for re-election were confirmed by the shareholders.  Gabriele Zanzi and Claudio Broggini, for their part, stepped down from the board, while Massimo Pedrazzini was elected as a new member.
