At the club's General Assembly, President Davide Mottis reported a loss of CHF 392,809 for the 2025-26 season, largely due to a significant drop in donation income. Shareholders were also informed that the National League licence for the upcoming season was granted despite a "red label" status.
The board highlighted progress in discussions with creditors and presented its long-term strategy aimed at making HCAP a modern and financially sustainable organisation. Mottis said the club can look to the future with renewed confidence thanks to the support of shareholders and creditors.
HCAP also announced the election of long-time supporter Beat Musch to its board of directors as a representative of the German-speaking community. In addition, Ivan Fanconi will take over as CEO on October 1, while Patrick Albisetti is expected to become the club's new vice-president. For their part, current vice-president Massimo Frigerio and Reto Sormani will both leave the Board after more than 15 years.
