HCD's Klas Dahlbeck confirms that he will leave Switzerland after this season

As Klas Dahlbeck tells "Aftonbladet", he had already told HC Davos last season that he would return to Sweden next autumn as he was looking to return to his roots after 14 years abroad. 

"Blick" had already reported in May that the defenseman would not extend his contract with HC Davos due to personal reasons. As for what is next for him, while he will settle down in the Malmö area, he was not willing to reveal to Aftonbladet whether he will suit up for the resident SHL team there. It thus remains to be seen what the next step in his career will be.

Dahlbeck has been with HC Davos since 2022. He is part of HC Davos' captain team and has appeared in 17 games, recoring one goal and one assist.
