Interest in Kloten's Ludovic Waeber from other teams

In one of Klaus Zaugg's lengthy logbook tales on "Watson", he mentions Ludovic Waeber. Under contract with EHC Kloten until next spring, the future is yet to be determined for the netminder. SC Bern seems to be an option for the 28-year-old. "But we are also in talks with other clubs", his agent, Gaëtan Voisard, tells Zaugg. There is no favorite yet. "We have not yet entered into intensive negotiations."

Another option might be HC Fribourg-Gottéron, Waeber's youth club. He was part of them until 2020, but due to the main spot in net being occupied by Reto Berra, Waeber sought other opportunities. Now, with Berra headed towards the end of his career, the Dragons might want their lost son back.

On another note, Zaugg writes that Bern has yet to find a spot for Christof von Burg in the Swiss League. The goaltender joined the Bears from EHC Winterthur.
