Genève-Servette HC appears to have secured their sixth import for the upcoming 2025-26 season, as Jesse Puljujärvi has reportedly signed a contract with them. HC Lugano, too, was heavily interested in the 27-year-old forward, but the Grenats seems to have won the race for the services of the fourth overall pick in the 2016 NHL draft.
Last season, Puljujärvi contributed eleven points to the playoff run of the Charlotte Checkers, which reached the final of the AHL championship. Overall, he has made 414 NHL games, recording 61 goals and 73 assists. In the AHL, he has appeared 109 times, putting up 28 goals and 45 assists. Internationally, he has chosen to represent Finland.
