The 26-year-old goaltender will be at the end of his contract with EHC Biel come spring. It seems like he has made a decision regarding his future.
As Klaus Zaugg writes in "Schweiz am Wochenende", Joren van Pottelberghe has supposedly signed a three-year contract with HC Lugano and would thus move to Ticino next summer. That is if he does not make the decision to try his luck in the NHL.
Pottelberghe joined EHC Biel in the 2020-21 season. This season, he has appeared in five games for the Seelanders, posting a .895 save percentage.
