Josh Holden's contract reportedly valid until 2028

According to Klaus Zaugg ("Watson"), the contract of Josh Holden was automatically extended for one season, when HC Davos reached the playoff semifinal last year. The Canadian is thus expected to stay in the Landwasser Valley until 2028.

In other news, Marc Gianola confirmed to Zaugg that Matěj Stránský will leave HC Davos at the end of this season. He has one year left on his deal with HCD, but, according to Gianola, they "will find a solution" for that particular problem.

The "Neue Zürcher Zeitung" reported last week that Stránský had long agreed to play for Dynamo Pardubice.
