Although EHC Kloten's new head coach is not yet known, the club has decided to keep their current assistant coaches behind the bench.
Both Kimmo Rintanen and Saku Martikainen have signed new one-year contracts with the Flughafenstädter. "I was able to observe Kimmo and Saku for more than two and a half months," team manager Larry Mitchell says. "They have played a big part in our successes so far."
While 49-year-old Rintanen is responsible for EHC Kloten's offense, Saku Martikainen, 43, is the man for their defense.
