Lakers' Iñaki Baragano to return to Lausanne HC next season

Iñaki Baragano has one year left on his contract with the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers. Baragano is a product of Lausanne HC's organization and used to play junior hockey for them before he went to Canada to play in the WHL. 

"Iñaki is part of one of the best generations of players trained in Lausanne. Since his departure in 2021, he has matured enormously as a man and as a player," John Fust, team manager of Lausanne HC, states. "He's using the full extent of his talent, and we're delighted to have him join our squad for the long term."

Baragano joined the Lakers in 2021. In 45 regular-season games last season, he recorded one goal and eleven assists.
