Lausanne HC extends the contract of Damien Riat

Damien Riat's contract would have expired at the end of the current season. "We see in him all the traits of a leader, both on and off the ice. He's a vital part of tomorrow's LHC, and we want to build around him in the years to come," John Fust, team manager of Lausanne HC, states.

Damien Riat has been playing for Lausanne HC since the 2021-22 season, but has only been under contract with them since 2022. Last season, he appeared in 50 regular-season games, recording 18 goals and 19 assists.
