The 21-year-old defenseman has signed a two-year contract with Kloten, vaild until the end of the 2026-27 season.

"Leandro is a big strong defenseman who is very mobile and can help us enormously with the play with the puck [...]," Ricardo Schödlern, team manager of EHC Kloten, said.
Leandro Hausheer is a product of EV Zug's organization and made his National League debut in the 2022-23 season. In 2023, he joined HC Lugano and has been playing for the Bianconeri ever since. This season, he has played in 17 games for them.
