The 18-year-old defenseman has signed a three-year, entry-level deal with the Washington Capitals but will likely play in Switzerland next season.
The Caps are planning to loan the defenseman to EV Zug for the upcoming season, as the National League team reveals in a press release. "It would be the best for his development," Reto Kläy, team manager of EV Zug, said.
The Bulls are currently in talks with the Washington Capitals as well as Leon Muggli's agent. Muggli appeared in 42 regular-season games for EV Zug last season, recording three goals and nine assists.
