National League

The club announced they have received the license for the 2024-25 season, however with some conditions linked to financial aspects.

If from the point of view of the infrastructure criterion (Gottardo Arena), HC Ambrì-Piotta can show off a “green sticker” with flying colors, for the financial criterion they received an "orange sticker", still an improvement from the red one they received in the past.

Not all the financial needs of the League are fulfilled, especially because of the HCAP Group's indebtedness. Prominent among the measures demanded by the League, including self-declarations, regular reporting, and control measures, is the requirement to increase the club's equity, which can only be achieved through operating profits (as in last season) or capital increases.

This judgment comforts HCAP's board, the club states. They will thus continue with their strategy based on prudence in spending, gradual but steady increase in revenue, and seeking new shareholders as part of the capital increase decided at the assembly two years ago.
